Workout Focus: Main Set Friday!

It’s Friday!  Woohoo!!

Here’s a workout main set focused on some stroke work, a lot of aerobic work, and a little bit of mental toughness.  Choose your favorite warm-up that’s at least 10 – 20 minutes long and make sure to warm-down.  Enjoy!

Main Set:

10 x 75 on 1:10 Breathing every 3 – Focus on rotation!

3 x 250 Rest: 20 sec

#1 Alternate 25 Free/25 Fly

#2 Alternate 25 Free/25 Back

#3 Alternate 25 Free/25 Breast

20 x 25 Kick Fast!  Rest: 15 sec

3 x 250 Rest: 20 sec

#1 Alternate 25 Free/25 Fly

#2 Alternate 25 Free/25 Back

#3 Alternate 25 Free/25 Breast

10 x 75 Free on 1:10

Finish Strong!  Breath every 3 and hold rotation.

Total: 3500 yards/meters
