THE HOLIDAYS ARE HERE!!!
(OK, be honest, who cringed?)
Yes, in case you haven’t turned on the radio/TV/Internet browser or looked outside, ” ‘Tis the Season.” This “Season” was once known as “The 12 days of Christmas.” Today, however, I think we can say that the “Season” may also stand:
- “The 12 weeks of Sales,”
- “The 12 days of Cookies,”
- “The 12 nights of Office Parties”
- “The 12 days of Eating!”
- “The 12 Hours of Traffic!”
Regardless of what your Holiday looks like, I’m betting it’s low on “water time.”
Do yourself a favor and get your body moving. Stress can wreak havoc on anyone’s physical and psychological wellbeing – especially during this wonderful and pressure-filled time of the year. I mean – that NYE Dress or Suit is less then two week away!
This 30-40 minute workout can be tailored to fit any time constraint. Use it as a blueprint for an efficient and effective workout. Can’t make it over 1000 yards yet? No problem. Do what you can and feel proud about the work you accomplish.
