OK.  So, the Olympics ended almost a week ago......

I don't about you, but I'm still in awe.

Over the course of the last 5 days, besides hanging out in the ER and hospital waiting rooms, I've been contemplating my life goals, fitness level and whether or not to audition for the next season of the Bachelor....

...........don't judge me, Ryan Lochte may be the subject of the TV show's interest.

The very fact that the 37-year-old Oksana Chusovitina, from Germany, was competing in her 6th Olympics - and was considered a medal contender in gymnastics - had me re-evaluating my definition of "old."  (Keep in mind, the average Olympic gymnast is under the age of 18).....

.......It also left me feeling lazy and out of shape.

Thus, may I present to you Today's Workout.  It's sole purpose is to get you up and moving.....and into shape.  Do ask yourself if this is hard.  Do not tell yourself you feel tired. You can feel all sorts of emotions....but what you feel and what your body can do are TWO different things. This is all about getting back in shape.

(FYI - Nothing about getting back in shape is comfortable.)

Your job with this workout is to simply do the work and GET. IT. DONE.

Ready? GO.
