The following is one of my favorite phrases to repeat/sing on deck:
“Do as Dory! [:::Coach Meg singing::::] ‘Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming swimming…”
In case you didn’t catch the reference, I’m singing the little song performed by Dory in Finding Nemo (2003). SO, you can image my delight when I discovered Disney-Pixar and USA Swimming’s newest Public Services Announcement (PSA). AWESOME!

Today’s workout mixes some breaststroke with some basic aerobic work.
