Greetings Swimmers and Athletes around the world!

This morning I want to share with you an excellent dryland opportunity that will not only help your physical and emotional conditioning, but will also go directly to supporting those in need.

A Virtual Run for Hurricane Sandy has been organized by my friend over at CrazyRunningGirl.com and I hope to get the Swimming Community involved!

If the image link doesn't work, simply go here.

This Virtual Run mean a lot to me, not only because of my own experience with Sandy, but also because many of my students, swimmers, friends, and colleagues continue to struggle (without electricity, heat or hot water) as they put their lives back together.

It easy to get involved.  You can run anywhere, complete any distance and share the experience with as many people as you would like.  Simply click the link below and register.  The minimal donation is only $10.00....but that $10 can equal a warm blanket and a hot meal.

As for me,

I'll be running a 5K in Clifton, NJ with some friends this Sunday, November 18, 2012

Join me if you're in the area!

Remember, you have until Nov. 30th to get involved and have some fun for a good cause.

Let me know if you get involved, what you decide to do, and need any support!  Most importantly, keep in touch!

Keep on Swimming,

Coach Meg
