Today's workout mixes some breaststroke with some basic aerobic work.

With the breaststroke drill: Focus on making your hips "pop" with the fly kick ( and then find the same "pop" with your breaststroke!). 

With the freestyle: maintain stroke rotation as the set moves along...

But most importantly: HAVE FUN!
